Our medical referral program is designed to quickly address all of your patient's needs and to reduce or eliminate the patient's need to contact your office. We are available to receive referrals 24 hours a day, seven days a week

Medical Referral Program Details:

	Arrangements for services begin immediately.
	Each new patient, regardless of services requested, receives a professional assessment within 24-48 hours.
	Renaissance Home Care, Inc. acts as the liaison between the patient and your office to reduce your overhead and minimize telephone calls.
	We continually educate the client and the client's family concerning all aspects of treatment and care.
	Periodic updates relevant to the patient's condition are provided pursuant to your practices.
